We did some more service this past week which was fun. Lots of yard work, including taking down a tree for an older sister. We cut it part way and then the five of us (we had a member manning the chainsaw since we are technically kinda sorta not suppose to use one) got in a circle around it and took turns kicking the stump to see if we could finish knocking it down....... it didn't work, haha.
Last Monday we took a short drive down to the Arkansas/Missouri border and took pictures. It is the border of our area and now I can say I have been to four states on my mission, haha, because I have also been to Indiana back all the way when I was serving in Rantoul, IL.
The other picture is an older one of when we did service with the member that we gave Katrina to. She is just so cute!
My legs are healing, the swelling has gone down and the rash is starting to fade so that's great to see. A member took a look at it for me and said it was either poison ivy or a bad reaction to chiggers but he couldn't quite figure out which since it wasn't fresh when he looked at it. Another week and I will hopefully be in tip top shape!
Life is good! It's good to be doing so much service, it definitely helps us stay busy and positive. Have a good week and look for opportunities to serve!
Love, Elder Wilson
