Hello everybody!
I know I don't send a lot of pictures of me so I hope this suffices some of you, haha! This past week has been busy, busy!
Yesterday I found out that I will be getting transferred and I won't know where until tomorrow so I'll let you know where I am next week. Depending on where I will go, I will either have P-day on Monday or Tuesday, due to a wonky Christmas mission schedule.
Last week, we had a P-day together as a zone and we went and played Tactical Laser Tag. It was the best exercise ever and summed up America's greatest stereotype, which is we love guns.
We did some more service in the cemetery, carrying a lot of logs. As you can see, I recognized my weakness and went to the lightest part of the tree to carry, haha!
The past two days we have gotten a steady stream of snow and have received a little over a foot of icy snow. It looked great in my hair! So sparkley!
Due to the snow, church was cancelled on Sunday, there was a thirteen car pile up on the freeway, shutting it down, so it was deemed too risky to come out. Most of you are thinking, "only a foot of snow? And no church? Weak!" Well, since Missouri is humid, the snow turns icy very fast, making for sleek driving conditions, so yeah, haha!
We were visited by a General Authority last week, Elder Wong, and here are some of the picutres from that! He teaches so amazingly and it was awesome. A great quote from him is "Why do something for nothing?"
I am going to miss Elder Evans a ton but I look forward to where I go next! Keep Oscar in your prayers, he is getting close to baptism. Michael and Heather are also close to going to the St. Louis Temple so keep them in your prayers as well.
Oh, and pray for Elder Evans, he is training a brand new missionary!
I love you all and will talk more next week!
Elder Wilson
