Hi ya'll!

This week has been a pretty normal one. Transfers are tomorrow and both Elder Blood and I are staying here in Florissant, so I'll be his last companion.

Some cool experiences this past week:

We were checking on old Bible and Book of Mormon requests in our digital planner and we found one up in the northern-most part of our area, right by the Missouri River. What caught my attention was that the previous missionaries had left a note where they basically said he was crazy. I thought they were exaggerating since we usually leave those people out of our records since they won't be able to progress. So we decided to go check it out since we were in his neighborhood. As it turns out, he is quirky! But we can see why the missionaries said to go back because he has such a nice spirit about him. He also introduced us to the game of Go, which is like chess only harder and cooler. Ya should go check it out!

I think the highlight of the week was when I received a spiritual prompting and acted on it and saw an incredible result. So there is a young woman that we are teaching who has a strong testimony and is ready for baptism but can't get baptized until January cause her parents wouldn't let her. We were meeting consistently but then she disappeared. Couldn't get in contact for about two weeks which was weird. Last Monday, I felt prompted to just stop by in person and so we did and when we arrived............ she was locked out on her front porch. The Lord works in mysterious ways! But we figured out what had been going on and now we're moving forward again!

Well, that is it from me. Life is good! It truly is though, so many blessings! I challenge you to count your many blessings and see what the Lord has done.

Also, have I ever mentioned how green Missouri is in the summer? Cause it's GREEN out here. Would blow some of your minds to see just how much green we have. Like, green!
